CLiC - Quality Technician

As a Quality Technician on our Cardinal Liquid Crystal (CLiC) manufacturing line, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring every product meets our high standards. This position involves hands-on inspections, precision testing, data analysis, and collaboration with production teams to drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Perform product inspections at dedicated stations as units come off the production line
• Conduct destructive laminated glass testing per established standards
• Use precision tools (gauges, micrometers, LCR meters) for accurate measurements
• Record and document inspection results and test data
• Analyze quality metrics and assist in root cause investigations
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
• Train staff on quality standards and proper use of inspection equipment
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety protocols

What We're Looking For

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

• • Electronics, glass, or precision manufacturing background

Skills & Experience:

• • Proficiency with inspection tools (tape measure, calipers, LCR meter)
  • Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and use measuring instruments
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and shop floor systems
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in English, Written and verbally
